Communal Session
Communal sessions allow up to 8 people to share, connect, and experience the health benefits of our sauna. You will have an hour-long session with a 10-minute buffer before and after each session.

Private Session
These sessions are great for Groups of Family & Friends to experience the great benefits of sauna use together. Time to relax, and enjoy each other’s company for a hour-long session.

Collaborations
We look to collaborate and connect with local individuals or businesses who promote various activities that align with our experience. These include Yoga, Deep Breathing, and Meditation classes.
